From the New York Times bestselling author of The Program comes a brand-new haunting, romantic, and suspenseful story about one girl’s search for healing in a grand and mysterious hotel full of secrets.Stay tonight. Stay forever. When Audrey Casella arrives for an unplanned stay at the grand Hotel Ruby, she’s grateful for the detour. Just months after their mother’s death, Audrey and her brother, Daniel, are on their way to live with their grandmother, dumped on the doorstep of a DNA-matched stranger because their father is drowning in his grief. Audrey and her family only plan to stay the night, but life in the Ruby can be intoxicating, extending their stay as it provides endless distractions—including handsome guest Elias Lange, who sends Audrey’s pulse racing. However, the hotel proves to be as strange as it is beautiful. Nightly fancy affairs in the ballroom are invitation only, and Audrey seems to be the one guest who doesn’t have an invite. Instead, she joins the hotel staff on the rooftop, catching whispers about the hotel’s dark past. The more Audrey learns about the new people she’s met, the more her curiosity grows. She’s torn in different directions—the pull of her past with its overwhelming loss, the promise of a future that holds little joy, and an in-between in a place that is so much more than it seems… Welcome to the Ruby.

I saw this book on one of my favorite blogs and was like: “YO. I have to have this book!” Hopefully it lives up to its word and is as thrilling as it sounds. *Crosses fingers*

  1. I’m definitely adding this to my shelf. You know I love a good creepy read, and I’m still on my creepy trip.

      • Really? I’ve seen it around on other blogs that got an ARC from Netgalley, but I don’t remember posting about it. I don’t know, my brain has been scattered for months now. LOL

  2. I’ve had this on my list for a while too Keionda and can’t wait to get my hands on a copy. I love creepiness and there’s no where near enough of it in YA. I loved her Program series as well. Sooooooooooo excited! I think my most anticipated reads is either Illuminae or Queen of Shadows, I’m almost in a frenzy waiting for both of those!

    • I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THIS BOOK TO COME OUT. Ehem, sorry for yelling. I am just so excited!! I still have to try the Program series but am a little bit hesitant. But since you loved it, that means I HAVE to give it a try because, well.. you know, you’re awesome and I really respect your opinion <3

  3. This one sounds so interesting and creepy! Maybe a bit too creepy for me, but the blurb is so interesting. Thanks for putting this on my radar! I hope it’s as good as it sounds!

This isn’t a novel I would have picked up on my own, but the blurb makes this sound haunting and interesting. So much in fact, that I can almost see this as a movie. Thanks for the heads up! Hugs…Ro

  5. I am tempting to skim and then I see the cover, so intrigued, that I feel compelled to go on ahead and actually read the blurb. And then I read the blurb AND VIOLA I HAVE YET ANOTHER BOOK ON MY TBR. Oops. But hahah, you go Keionda! I’m looking forward to this :3 This looks ahmazing.
